Couldn’t get any response as to why I was being charged shipping fee for an item over $150. And being charged a processing fee for an item not in an auction. Also the don’t seem to be any security safeguards.. no way I’m uploading my bank information. Rare candy, please add this feature back. ### 4/5 — Let me remove my “wanted” cards! *2026-08-05* Great app, but there are a few issues I’ve ran into: 1. When I have a card set to “wanted” there isn’t a way to remove it, sometimes I’m able to by adding it to my collection and removing it, but it rarely works. 2. Card prices are only displayed in $, being from England I like seeing a higher number but I would also like to know in £ without going to google to check. 3. Only English and Japanese cards are able to be collected on the app, not a big deal bec I only have a few Chinese and Korean cards but it’s an improvement that would be nice to see. I wish I could search for cards to add to my collection as well easier, sometimes I dont have them to scan but want to add them to my “want” collection. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — INSTA PACKS ARE A SCAM *2026-08-16, version 3.2.0* Awhile back I bought some of their insta packs thinking I could order the cards that I decided to keep from them and have them delivered to my house BECAUSE THAT IS WHAT THEY ADVERTISE instead of my cards that gave me 1000 of their in app candy currency things and an “apology” for how long the cards were taking to ship and ensured me they were still sending them, it’s been over 6 months now and NOTHING, my husband left for deployment AND came home in the amount of time I’ve been waiting for these cards. I tried reaching out to customer support via the email and never got a response from them, DO NOT BUY THEIR PACKS and tbh an app that is willing to scam people like that isn’t worth using for its other features either ### 1/5 — Doesn’t show the wright card *2026-08-15, version 3.2.0* I was scanning a empoleon v and it showed up as a Luca rip v so please fix that rare candy ### 1/5 — Keeps getting worse *2026-08-14, version 3.2.0* Was a good app for awhile and the instapacks were good at first, now you can rip a hundred packs in a row and lose money on all of them even tho they gave you bs percentages about 2% of packs being grails. Their pricing on cards is also totally off and not updated based on real time sales, I’m assuming that’s cuz they’ve been too busy screwin their customers on instapacks. When I went to log back in I just keep getting wrong code please try again ….. I resend the verification code, enter the 6 digit code and get ‘wrong code, please try again’ …. Tried uninstalling the app and re installing to no luck … tried logging in on the website with no luck ….. the verification code comes through, but the app and website is a dime t that I’m entering the wrong code :( …. Not helpful ### 1/5 — MP cards sent from insta packs *2026-08-07, version 3.1.1* I hit a Charizard from 151 from one of their insta packs and had it sent to me. Upon arrival the card had decent amount of whitening on the back, along with a bunch of dot indentations on the back and a really good amount of surface scratches. I reached out to customer support to see if they could do anything, they told me no because to them the card was NEAR MINT! I would give negative stars if I could…. Sometimes the apps camera goes pixelated, but closing and reopening the scan function fixes it.
