Signed up for a year and after 6 months decided didn’t want to renew for another year! Cancelled the yearly subscription which had 6 months to run and denied me access to a service I had paid for! Thus they have charged me a years subscription and cut me off half way through it! ### 1/5 — Does not work *2024-10-26* This is the worst coin app I have ever tried. Not only did I cancel before my trial and still got charged for an annual membership and when I submitted for a refund it denied it. I though okay I’m being charged for it again let’s see if I can get it to work because the first time it said every picture was blurry. This time it took the photo but not once did it show the correct coin, it was way off. Would not recommend . I keep taking pictures of the same coin in different lighting and it’s still just giving me random results none of which are even close. I got charged for an app that makes me guess if it could be any of the coins it’s showing me? I thought it was supposed to tell me what the coin was? I have tried contacting support requesting a refund several times in which the deny.
