My subscription isn’t up until February of 2026. However, I did 2 stone checks last week and just check my bank account and was charged 39.99 twice. I guess for each scan? The stones aren’t even worth that much. I’m so infuriated. I instantly cancelled my subscription and it said I can still use the app through February. No I can’t. They have charged my credit card three separate times even though I canceled the app within the trial period. Here are the unauthorized charges: $39.99 USD on April 16, 2025 $39.99 USD on March 16, 2025 $19.99 USD on February 16, 2025 I canceled the app well within the free trial period, and my Apple Subscriptions clearly show that the subscription was canceled on February 14, 2025, and marked as expired/inactive. Despite this, they somehow retained my credit card and personal information and continued to charge me after the cancellation. This is a serious privacy and billing violation. I urge Apple and other users to take immediate caution. These practices are unethical and deceptive. I am in the process of reporting this to Apple and my bank. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this app and monitor their payment methods for any suspicious activity.
