My subscription isn’t up until February of 2026. However, I did 2 stone checks last week and just check my bank account and was charged 39.99 twice. I guess for each scan? The stones aren’t even worth that much. I’m so infuriated. I instantly cancelled my subscription and it said I can still use the app through February. No I can’t. Not with each scan costing 39.99. 🤬🤬🤬 ### 1/5 — Scam site *2025-05-12* Will not allow me to cancel. Keeps charging my credit card and will not stop. I have been trying to cancel for several months. Thank you for your patience. ### 1/5 — Scam - Alert *2025-04-29, version 1.0.10* Scam Alert – Raristone App Please beware — the Raristone app is a scam! They have charged my credit card three separate times even though I canceled the app within the trial period. Here are the unauthorized charges: $39.99 USD on April 16, 2025 $39.99 USD on March 16, 2025 $19.99 USD on February 16, 2025 I canceled the app well within the free trial period, and my Apple Subscriptions clearly show that the subscription was canceled on February 14, 2025, and marked as expired/inactive. Despite this, they somehow retained my credit card and personal information and continued to charge me after the cancellation. This is a serious privacy and billing violation. I urge Apple and other users to take immediate caution. These practices are unethical and deceptive. I am in the process of reporting this to Apple and my bank. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this app and monitor their payment methods for any suspicious activity. Extremely disappointing and fraudulent experience. ### 1/5 — Beware *2025-04-12, version 1.0.10* Purchased a weekly trail and then cancelled almost immediately when the app couldn’t accurately identify any stone I tried. Since then, despite having a confirmed cancel on my Apple subscription account, Raristone has attempted to charge me $24.99 each WEEK. This also despite their plan options listed as $39.99 for a year. They list a phone number with the charge that is always busy. I had to cancel my card. This is a scam. ### 1/5 — SCAM! Do NOT use ! *2025-03-23, version 1.0.10* Thought it was $6.99. But then they charged that, $19.99 and $39.99 all in the same minute! Report fraud, received $19.99 so far and still waiting on the $39.00! ### 1/5 — Scam *2025-03-22* I signed up for 6.99 for one month and they added two other charges which came to about $70 all unknown and unauthorized by me. I deleted the Ap and I’m disputing with my credit card. I’m also alerting Guardio which should have blocked this.
