ONE INBOX FOR EVERY CHANNEL
Reply to WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram and SMS from a single place. Conversations stay in order, whichever channel the customer chose.

BUILT FOR TEAMS
Assign chats to the right colleague, reserve a conversation while you work on it, and see who is handling what. Branch-based access keeps each team focused on its own customers.

ORDERS AND REQUESTS
Turn incoming messages into orders, tickets and complaints. Track status, add notes and attachments, and claim a new order before anyone else does.

URGENT ORDER ALERTS
New orders raise a distinct, high-priority alert so a busy branch does not miss one. If nobody responds, the alert repeats until it is claimed.

WhatsBot is now Rasael.AI — same app, same account, new name and look. Nothing to do on your side: sign in as usual.

Also new: the app asks your permission before any conversation content is sent to OpenAI for translation, automated replies or transcription, and names the provider explicitly. You can withdraw it at any time in Settings.
