I always order a Spicy Prawn Hotpot when in store due to not being available on App or Website. Only If You Catch Their Mistakes! *2025-03-06* Disappointed with customer service. The cashier confirmed my membership was scanned, but it didn’t reflect on the receipt. Support refused to help, citing policy, even though it was their mistake. Followed up multiple times with no response. I don’t want to store my card in a 3rd party app due to privacy concerns nor have to manually type it in each time I want to check out…. And if I do store the card and it expires in the future I will need to readd it again. I figured that your cooks were too lazy to make my food. Please get better staff as your current ones are lazy and did not prepare nor deliver my food. I demand a refund straight away, this is ridiculous.
