## What is RaSi Fiters?

RaSi Fiters is a fitness tracker built around programs. Log your workouts, steps, sleep and diet each day, join a program with other people, and see how the whole group is doing.

Track what matters:
- Log workouts by type and duration
- Record your daily steps, sleep and diet quality
- View your history and trends in clear charts

Train with a group:
- Join a fitness program or run your own
- Programs bring people together around a shared start and end date
- See member progress and group averages, not just your own numbers

Roles that fit how your group works:
- Admins manage the program, its members and settings
- Loggers can record activity for the group
- Members log their own workouts and daily health

Connect Health Connect if you want to. RaSi Fiters can read your workouts, sleep and steps and log them for you, so you spend less time entering data by hand. This is optional and you stay in control of it.

A few things that make daily use easier:
- Add a home screen widget to log a workout or your daily health in a couple of taps
- Get a notification when your role changes or someone joins your program

Your data stays yours. RaSi Fiters does not sell your data and does not share it with third parties for advertising. You can delete your account and all of its data at any time from inside the app.
