**The Official RateBeer App**

RateBeer is widely recognized as the most in-depth and accurate source for beer information and beer ratings. RateBeer is a global destination dedicated to serving the craft beer community through beer education, promotion and outreach.

The RateBeer App allows you to tap into RateBeer’s vast database. You can easily search by beer name and find all the information you need to decide if you will enjoy a beer or not. Additionally, keep a history of all the beers you try with the new, intuitive scoring system so you can rate beer and remember what you did and didn’t like.

I used this app for years and spent countless hours submitting reviews and suddenly it logged me out and I can’t get back in. I know what my log in information is. The forgot password button also does not work!! Very disappointed that I can’t see all the beers i reviewed.

Not sire how I’m supposed to use a beer rating app when every time I try to search it crashes. Get it back together

I used to love the app, but the latest update from Aug 2020 now causes the app to crash when trying to search for a beer. This makes it essentially useless. I have tried deleting and reinstalling and restarting my phone but the result is always the same. 
Hopefully they fix this bug soon!

Very solid app for searching for beers and getting informed reviews. However I recall that an older version used to allow you to do a general search of the top beers in the world and even copiers by each specific category or style of beer and I can no longer find that function which is a huge disappointment.

RateBeer used to be a great app, and their admins did an outstanding job of keeping the app updated with new beer. Now it is more trouble than it is worth most of the time new beer are not in the app and you spend half the time adding beer. Most of their top raters have stopped rating. Not worth it, go with Untapped or Beer Advocate.

What is the point to push me installing the app since the app opens a browser and show mobile website instead of app's content? I just don't get it. Every time I open the website it shows me a banner to download and install the app but then the app opens a browser (for some of its parts) and shows mobile site (and asks me to logon again).
