My instructor, Lolly, is 10/10 and great at instilling confidence in your abilities as a driver just by the way he explains things. I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone that is looking to see fast improvements! I passed my theory quickly after gaining a deeper understanding just through a few lessons with him. So helpful, understanding and calm. Just what I needed after not driving for 22 years ( only driven for a month back than and never in this country). She gave me all the knowledge, confidence and support,so now I am able to drive , thanks to her. Cancelled/rescheduled every-time we had lesson. Cancelled the lesson the day before my exam. Therefore, I had to cancel my driving test and didn’t get my full refund of the lessons. Ends the lesson 30mins of 1hour earlier than expected. What a waste of money and time. ### 1/5 — Horrible experience *2026-04-03, version 2.0.9* Driving instructor was very unprofessional and rude, cancelled remaining lessons 3 weeks to my test and company refused to provide full refund, instead asked me to contact instructor to refund balance. Not accountable or responsible. After 60 days will also not let you use the money you paid for lessons.
