You get your subscription click on business class and immediately have to pay more money to see any flights. After signing up and laying a subscription I only get stuff I can find on google, and then they want more if you want first class or business class searches. Nope. Not good enough. Elite is not required to use the Basic membership, and all upgrades are completely optional. Our team can review your subscription and help clarify what is included. ### 1/5 — Overall no value add - skip this app *2026-08-09* I have used the base app for 6 months and have never been able to book or of the AI deals presented. Also I was upgraded to a tier I did not ask for and when it billed I asked for a refund and they have policies saying only 25% refund even though I asked on the same Day it billed. Just not worth the time- in my opinion skip this app. Not a great experience and slightly predatory on cancellations and refunds. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. The results I got were no better than momondo, hopper, etc. After asking for a refund within the time frame they specify, they kept asking for more and more information to “process the refund”. They literally asked for screenshots of bank statements. Which is an invasion of privacy and very likely is illegal. Scam company, bad product, poor business practices, and a clear lack of understanding the legal ramifications of their nonsense “refund verification process”. I am heavily considering checking into whether or not these are grounds for a lawsuit. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. Apart after paying, you cannot access the app. They then try and charge you more to search for higher classes. This is a fake, false advertising Bussiness. But unfortunately in a country like Australia you can hardly find cheap and bargain deals. The discounted price displayed is wrong to begin with, and the original price also increases. ### 1/5 — Total scam *2026-08-19* I initially signed up because I saw an advertisement on Facebook saying seniors should not be paying high rates for business class and Ratepunk could get tickets for under $2000 for trans Atlantic business class. Their deals are ridiculous unless you want to travel when the deal is and where they are going. If you want tickets to specific locations even if you’re flexible with your schedule, you can’t find any deals. It’s a waste of time and money.
