## What is Raterflow 2?

Raterflow is a property inspection app for people who work in the field. Build your own inspection forms, fill them out with or without a network connection, and generate custom reports.

WORKS OFFLINE
Your assigned inspections, properties, and templates are stored on device before you leave. Complete forms, take photos, and submit from a basement, a crawlspace, or a subdivision with no coverage. Work queues locally and syncs when you're back in service. If something changed while you were offline, Raterflow flags the conflict and lets you decide what to keep.

CUSTOM INSPECTIONS
Every form builder covers the basics. Ours let's you bring your own data:
• Custom data tables - define your own columns and rows, then point a field at that table to cut down on user error.
• Custom lists - one shared set of options across every template. Forms update automatically when the source list is edited.
• Formula fields - spreadsheet-style expressions that calculate from other answers.
• Property reference fields - pull plan, model, square footage, or any other property values straight into the inspection to skip the rework.

CUSTOM PROPERTIES
Property templates track the fields your work depends on: plan, elevation, model, square footage, permit number, whatever your program requires. All options available to inspections can also be used to customize property templates.

CUSTOM REPORTS
Create compelling reports with charts, tables, and a fully custom layout. Aggregate data from one or more inspections plus the property record, and generate reports automatically when an inspection is submitted. One inspection can flow to multiple reports - one for the builder, one for code compliance, one for internal records - each repackaging the same data according to the needs of your business.
