Last time I lost around 14kgs postpartum and now I have started the diet plan again after my second pregnancy. The meals are super delicious and easy to prepare. I have not found any other Indian vegetarian plan which guides you with exact portions and alternatives for their meal plan. There are numerous meal options to choose from. It is worth every penny. It teaches you so much about good food habits that are life changing. The team has grown up so much in last years. Their representatives listen to your concerns and help in any way possible.
