Hier gibt es nochmal was: Ein Extra- Karte oder App holen und Geld draufkamen um dann anders sein Guthaben in schlechtes Essen und erträgliche Getränke wieder umsetzen zu können. Nicht genutztes Guthaben kann man sich zurück überweisen oder auszahlen lassen. Wie unnötig das ist, kann man kaum in Worte fassen, ich werde diese Location meiden wann immer möglich. ### 1/5 — Nutzlos bis peinlich *2026-03-22* Download mittels einem unterirdischen wLan der Arena (besser OTA als wLan), erstmal Werbung ohne Ende, dann Guest User Access funktioniert nicht - warum, wir sind genau einmal hier … also warum einen Account. Nach der (erzwungenen) Registrierung geht das aufladen mittels PayPal nicht (diverse Male probiert, auch außerhalb des lokalen wLans). Also App deinstalliert und in der näheren Umgebung getrunken und gegessen (die Preise in der Arena laden auch nicht wirklich ein … egal dass bei diesen Veranstaltungen üblich). Meines Erachtens (persönliche Meinung) ist diese App zur Förderung von Frust und zur Verhinderung von Umsatz geeignet. Sie bietet keine Vorteile und ist schlecht umgesetzt. WIFI in der Arena funktionierte heute nicht, Mobilfunkempfang ist schlecht. Das ist lediglich Gängelung der Besucher mit zusätzlichem Insolvenzrisiko. Nichts, was eine Kreditkarte nicht auch könnte ### 2/5 — Ausbaufähig *2025-02-23* Ich finde es gut, dass man so zahlt, dann geht es einfach schneller ABER was mich sehr stört ist, dass man das Guthaben nicht in der App auf Paypal und Co. zurückzahlen kann.
