With this app, you can verify and register your Ratsey bag by simply tapping your phone to the red sail marque stitched inside. Each bag is embedded with a secure NFC chip that unlocks its unique story.
Once registered, you’ll also gain access to our ‘Care for Life’ aftercare programme: complimentary repairs, servicing recommendations, and tailored support to ensure your bag endures beautifully over time.
