The app just crushed every time I try to access the manual! Terrible app!!! **Developer response:** Thanks for your feed back. Already we have fixed all kind of issues, app is working fine for all kind of iOS versions. ### 1/5 — Awful. Simply trash. *2018-04-03, version 7.3* Needed for credential curriculum, the app is slow. The reader is unresponsive. You cannot change default settings so after opening the app, I have the pleasure of taking a full minute to zoom out to a reasonable font size. Printing doesn’t work as stated. (I still haven’t been able to get print to work) Offline files still need HTML to open, despite taking up space on local drives. I had to get permission for having more than one device run the app. I could continue, but I’ve spent enough unproductive time with this junk as is. Negative stars would be good for trash like this. ### 1/5 — Lost all contents since update to 7.0 *2017-10-24* I've lost all of my contents and am unable to log into my account, since the upgrade to version 7.0. ### 1/5 — Crashes constantly, cannot work anymore after the latest update 5.2.42 *2017-10-23* I cannot see my manuals after upgrading to version 7.0. Very unacceptable. Doesn’t seem to be working on any device either. ### 1/5 — Completely Blank *2020-08-23, version 7.9* I registered and followed all instructions. My subscriptions show up but once I click on them, there is no content showing. It works on the mobile site and on my laptop, so I know it’s there and should work. I have the latest version of iOS. Guess I’ll continue with the mobile site even though this was recommended instead. ### 1/5 — Does not work well *2020-08-06, version 7.8* I've been using this app for 4 months now to review a study manual that is available on the app. It has always been clunky and not terribly user friendly, however it worked. Just this past week, it stopped bringing up my study manual. In fact, as it tries to bring up the manual, the app quits. ### 1/5 — Raven 360 is really bad *2020-07-22* Worst eBook reader I have ever used ### 1/5 — Always logs out and restarts manual *2020-02-05, version 7.8* Only option is to use this app because my study manual is on here.. But this app always logs me out, even when I'm in it. It restarts at the beginning of the manual and I have to manually click 'save annotations' to save any notes or comments I made, otherwise it doesn't save. The only working thing is it does download my manual for offline use. I've 'logged in' and was able to access my downloaded manual on the airplane to study. Manuals are 215 and 194 pages, so not too big. **Developer response:** Hi, Thanks for your reply. 1. "save annotations" in the document will be saved by manually if you Save. 2. Please make sure there won't be any net fluctuations while reading the document when in Online. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t Work *2019-09-19, version 7.6* App doesn’t remember where I left off. I always have to manually navigate back to it. Search doesn’t do anything. There is no option to bookmark a page to come back to. Network error constantly occurs and this software company does not seem to fix the errors at all. The worst ever. I strongly recommend you to use alternative software. When this occurs it goes back to the beginning of my manual. When iPhone / iPad / iPod devices having NET fluctuations then this kind errors might happen because there won't be constant net work while NET fluctuations. ### 1/5 — Would not recommend - Regret buying ebook *2018-11-12* I purchased the most recent Heart and Stroke manual for ACLS and PALS for convenience and portability. I had not realized that annotating the ebook would be a useless endeavor as the tools in the app are so difficult, tedious, and hugely inconvenient to use. It takes way to long to try to annotate. I’m the type of person that cant just blindly read manuals (too boring and the info doesn’t sink into my brain well). As such, I should have purchased the physical books. Of course the app is also very sluggish and lags quite a bit. A company I was interviewing for sent me the app to study up on their product get familiar. Also any chance of making a native tvOS version? Could also be a bit faster navigating back and forth between folders when online.
