And I hate having yet another freaking account I need to logon to. It is overly complicated and overly expensive as Ravinia charges a large percentage of the ticket price for on line access to tickets. The whole set up is distasteful and discourages attendance. Other organizations have on line access for no additional fee and easy downloading as well as printouts of tickets. Supposing someone buys two tickets with the intention of sharing one. Now you have to go through contortions where in have to share the ticket to your friend via your Ravinia app who also has to have the app has to be logged in has to receive a code and then input the code to finally have the ticket. This is way too complicated! I worried that I would not receive the tickets in time for the concert. Tickets were received seven days before the concert. Moving to this millennium, this Saturday we will see James Taylor. Again! Our staff is always helpful on site or on the phone-email. This year so far the help has come from Brianna and Grace. It keep telling me all my new passwords i put in weren’t working but I just tried again the next day after deleting and reloading the app and then it worked. Maybe I was doing something wrong. I still prefer a paper ticket as I know me and many people are not tech savvy and may not have access to this technology. Now I just have to pray I can get the app open and working on the day of concert. This is way too much anxiety for me. I probably won’t be going to another concert again because of those. I use a windows laptop, I prefer my laptop over my iPhone and my iPad. 1) I cannot download the App on a Windows machine. 2) sending a code and requiring all people to download the app is also cumbersome- some people only come to one or two concerts a year - everyone already has too many apps on their phones. 3) transferring one at a time is also cumbersome- you realize that many COUPLES attend concerts. 4) Screenshots of tickets are ok, but again, one at a time is cumbersome- the problem with phones and iPad is that there is no way to build files to organize all tickets. Suggestions - 1) is there a google app that can be downloaded on a windows machine? I am not transferring that many tickets- another couple for 3 shows, and their 3 adult children for one of those shows to celebrate a birthday .
