Maybe excessive but I like to stay factually informed, which sounds easier then it is, sometimes fact checking story’s 3-4 times before I’m comfortable putting my 2 cents in on a topics not always followed or widely coved by legacy media. Raw story is always involved in this process. Either providing the starting point with a story that needs to be heard , or factually supporting claims made by other publications. No matter how many times I said to stop showing they were there so I deleted the app. The Raw Story website doesn’t have these obnoxious ads ### 1/5 — Sloppy & deliberately repetitive. Fails to connect to the rest of the story- it just diverts! *2025-09-23* Nothing is more irritating than to be blatantly robbed. The connections don’t connect, I gave up. It was a frivolous story which only served to annoy me so I am signing off on the many story sites on FB. It’s just not worth the hassle. Give the price once & maybe I’ll try again but for now forget it. Silly stories should be cheap & they’re not. But it’s very frustrating when the story has disappeared after opting to have it connect, well that’s it! If you should install this app and attempt to use it before subscribing, it will bring up a page THAT WILL LOCK YOUR BROWSER! Your only remedy is to totally close the browser, most likely causing a loss of any other data you had open. Apple SHOULD NOT PERMIT apps to damage your work station without prior warnings from the app it is about to do so.
