I’ve enjoyed this app for over 10 years but not today.  What’s with the new version? I can’t read a simple 1D and don’t see the value inside a QR even though I think it scanned. The new interface is totally not clear and the app is now not non functional.

My app has updated to the newest version and I do not understand how to use the new IOS user interface. I cannot scan and 1D or 2D barcodes and then cannot find any instructions in the app or online. The old interface worked great.

This use to be great, new update will not scan anything. It’s frustrating. If you have the old version don’t update! They’re making you download a second app, that has a year subscription. 

So they break this one that was paid!!! In order to get you on their subscription model. 
New app with trial works great, at 19.99 a year

Can’t handle very small barcodes. Other apps will let you zoom or magnify the camera before imaging. 
Nice decodes, but if you can’t read the code to begin with, what’s the point?

This app was outstandingly useful for years, the only one you can trust to read and identify nonprinting control characters. BUT

New version has strange bug where it will not read a DMC until after you have first scanned a 1d code. Please fix!

Sehr schneller und zuverlässiger Lesevorgang. Etwas irritiert hat mich, dass man nach erfolgreichem Scan die Lupe drücken muss um das Ergebnis zu sehen.

I’ll come across weird barcodes and QR’s, and this app has 100% success rate. 

Try scanning the odd QR on the back of your drivers license.....
