Results show the matching moment as the thumbnail, and tapping one starts playing right there. Clips you can read Cards now show what is in a clip in a few words instead of a cut-off sentence, and the filters are built from your own footage. Tidier tiles No more delete cross on every card. Press and hold a clip for options, or select several and remove them at once. Your videos, easier to tell apart Each video shows its date and clip count, uses its strongest moment as the cover, and says when it has not been saved yet. Fewer empty results RawCut now says what it needs before it makes you wait, and when two clips fit equally well it picks the one you have not used yet. ### 1.4.1 — 2026-08-17 RawCut got a brighter look and learned to write. No script in mind? Tap it Name a feeling: cozy, cinematic, energetic. AI writes a real script from what is actually in your clips, so every line can be matched to footage you really have. Edit anything, then generate. See how well your cut matches The editor now shows a match score for the whole video, and one per clip: tap any clip to see which script line it answers and how well. Not convinced? Swapping in a better clip is one tap away. A brighter, clearer look Light mode is now the default, rebuilt for clarity: white cards on a soft grey canvas, visible borders, real contrast. Prefer dark? It is still in Profile, exactly where it was. Your plan at a glance Profile now shows what you have: videos and clip analyses as bars that fill up as you use them, with your plan right at the top. Account management moved one level deeper, out of the way. Mute the whole video One tap silences every clip at once; muting a single clip still works too. Handy when the sound is coming from TikTok anyway. Smarter scripts, better variety The script writer stopped describing camera moves and started describing moments, and a cut now avoids showing you the same shot twice. Small things The Clips tab starts with an add tile. Links to rawcutapp.com open straight in the app. And the final screen always shows the way to your next video. ### 1.4.0 — 2026-08-14 Editing got a lot less fiddly this time. Undo Anything you change in the editor can be taken back: delete a clip, drag one somewhere else, trim, mute, replace. It sits with your clips, where the editing actually happens. Replace a clip Not happy with a pick? RawCut knows which line of your script that clip is answering, so it offers other clips from your library that fit the same line, and lands on the right seconds inside them. Tap a clip to see it The preview now jumps straight to the clip you tapped, instead of making you wait for playback to reach it. Mute a single clip Wind, traffic, a stray voice. It is usually one shot that ruins the audio, so now you can silence just that one and keep the sound on the rest. Sharing works properly Your video is saved to Photos first, which is how TikTok and Instagram find it, and your script is copied so you can paste it straight in as the caption. Exporting is one tap No more questions about aspect ratio and fit. Vertical, filled, done. Finer trimming Exact times while you drag, plus arrow buttons for tenth-of-a-second nudges.
