Thanks for your review, ajbertra95.  Yes, this app is for doctors/practices, but stay tuned for our patient app releasing soon!  
Just to clear up a misunderstanding regarding our privacy policy - we take patient privacy EXTREMELY seriously and will only share your information with the third-parties (such as doctors involved in your care) that YOU designate.  We shall make sure that this is stated more clearly in the policy.  Thanks again!
