I love that Ray sets a daily intention for me. Before I often struggled to know where to begin but now with Ray I am provided with an inspiring and easy to remember intention that I can reference throughout the day!

Ray is so helpful with keeping me accountable with my daily affirmations. Their affirmations are excellent, layout easy to use, and group chant works so well in grounding you with the words you’re saying.
