### 1/5 — Not Usable after 2nd Add

*2026-01-27*

After you add a 2nd debt account the app is not usable as it will just duplicate what you added.

This makes the app not usable.

**Developer response:** Thank you for taking the time to report this issue. You're right – there was a bug that caused debts to duplicate when adding a second account, and we sincerely apologise for the frustration this caused. We've identified and fixed the root cause in version 1.0.8, which will be available for download shortly. The app will no longer duplicate entries when adding multiple debts. We'd love for you to give RAYN another try. If you experience any other issues, please reach out to us directly at admin@verdantlabs.com.au – we're a small team and genuinely want to help you on your debt-free journey. Thank you for helping us improve RAYN. - The RAYN Team

### 5/5 — Great App

*2026-01-31*

Such an amazing resource and for free! I felt like I was drowning and was recommended this app and am so glad I took the advice and got it, it helped me look my debt in the eyes and see it in a non stressful way. It even helps me feel motivated to make payments on time which is something I previously struggled with.

### 5/5 — Loving it

Personally I’m just loving that there’s a debt graveyard!

### 5/5 — Great looking app but needs a critical change

*2026-01-22*

I’m really liking this app but one thing needs to be updated. When logging a payment, it should differentiate between the principal and the interest portion of the payment. That way it can only reduce your remaining balance only by the principle. So for a $1000 debt, my payment is $50 ($30 is interest and $20 is principle) the debt remaining will go down to $980, not $950. The interest portion doesn’t contribute to the pay down of the debt.

Would also be nice to be able to edit or delete payments.

*Edit - the developers fixed all the issues I raised. Really cool! All calculations are now great.
Only thing I just noticed is that my next payment due date on the home page is showing the wrong amount of days. I think it’s showing the amount of days until my next payment day instead of the next debt payment. Those two days in my case don’t line up. Would be great to just see when the next payment is due.

Great app!

**Developer response:** Thanks for the thoughtful and detailed feedback - you’re absolutely right 👍

Following your feedback, we’ve already submitted an update to Apple that:

- Correctly separates principal and interest so only principal reduces the balance
- Adds the ability to edit or delete payments
- Includes clearer payment history tracking

The update is currently pending App Store approval. Once it’s live, we’d love for you to try it and let us know what you think. Feedback like this directly shapes RAYN, so thank you for taking the time to share it!
