## What is Raynaud's Phenomenon?

An attack diary for Raynaud's — Raynaud's phenomenon (RP), Raynaud's disease (primary), or Raynaud's syndrome (secondary, alongside conditions like scleroderma or lupus); the digital vasospasm behind white, cold, numb fingers and toes.

Log an attack the way it happened:
• Zones grouped naturally — face, hands, feet — with left/right fingers and toes
• Color changes (white, blue, red) with a "didn't notice" option
• Attack duration and rewarming time as one-tap bands (no typing with numb fingers)
• Attack severity, numbness, and loss of hand/foot function
