Seems this is a common theme. Neither iPhone through the lightning connector nor iPad through usb c “connect” to get passed the take a tour page.   Are we able to give 0 stars?

All it does is show the tour.

The Rayz Pro earbuds work but not the app.

I love the app it’s very clean and beautiful and I love the colour red. I got all the updates I need for my Rayz buds thank you pioneer for making a great app. Always trust them when it comes to high quality audio. Great product and great app and I will be buying more headphones from this brand I trust them and they always delivered with great quality. I love it thank you again for a great product and making a loyal customer even more happy. I strongly recommend this brand and product to anyone who wants a quality product.

Love this device, I am always on the go and always connected so don’t want to mess with battery life issues with Bluetooth devices.  Sound quality is very impressive for a product this inexpensive and love the ability to tweak my experience so it suits me best.  I give this a buy rating of 100%.
