Very poor for the cost of the lights to have an entire feature locked behind an app that doesn’t work. I have lots of Razer products and I notice the support is getting poor. Synapse is a massive memory hog for what it is. Little did I know that this app has two things that you can connect to. What is the point of having a app where there is literally two things you can connect to. Keyboard is wired so I guess I can not change the lighting anytime soon. Razor needs to get a way for people to customize the lighting with buying wired products. Would rate this in the negatives if I could. ### 1/5 — Kraken kitty v2 hello kitty and friends edition (only at target) *2024-12-27, version 6.8* i got this headset as a gift was really excited to use the razer chroma rgb lights then realized i needed to download an app only to find out that my headset isn’t even an option to connect since they are all Bluetooth and mine is wired and can’t connect to it.
