I didn’t realize the app hasn’t been updated in theee years and new games don’t work on it.

Old games do but I don’t want to play them.

Waste of money. How you can sell something in 2024 that hasn’t had software support since 2021 is fraud.

The app doesn’t even recognize the controller.

Stay away from this company.

I should have listened to the previous reviews.. I thought that by now the issues would have been solved and that this was a more refined system. It is not. Half the time the app can’t even recognize that the controller is inserted. 

The Kishi by itself is cheap and input is 50/50. 
Razer should be ashamed releasing shotty products. Don’t fall for the gimmick of owning anything made by Razer, it’s all cheap. 

This is the last time I buy a razer product. 

Don’t waste your money like I did.

I have the USB-C version of the Kishi, but my iPhone 15 Pro won’t recognize a connected controller. I see this app hasn’t been updated in 3 years! I’m very disappointed to have dropped a chunk of change on something that won’t work because of an outdated app. What plans do you have to fix this issue?

Using the usb-C version of the Kishi V2 with iPhone 16 pro (18.2) and the app won’t recognize the controller.  Controller works in iOS games but the app will not see it.

I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max and the Kishi app will not connect to my phone.  I have followed every instruction on how to troubleshoot to get it to connect to no avail. I will be returning the razor Kishi and buying the Backbone as I should have to start with.

I downloaded the app to update my Kishi because the left side wasn’t working but it said it was up to date and I looked at the videos to update it but none worked.Is there a way to get the left side of the Kishi fixed or I have to replace it?

 Вы либо купили х*йню (не оригинал), либо скачанные Вами игры просто не поддерживают геймпад. 
Сам являюсь обладателем данного чуда, х?ячу в гонки и ммо рпг, все прекрасно.

I bought the Razer Kishi brand new from eBay and haven’t had a single issue with it. It works with every game that I’ve tried  that Supports a controller. It’s well built and fits my phone perfectly. I haven’t tried it with some of the newest most popular games yet, so there might be an issue there, but so far it’s been well worth the $16.95 I paid for it, compared to buying a Backbone. I’m sure Backbone is superior, but this is a good budget option.

I can’t seem to get it to work I attached it to my iPhone 13 download the app but it says no controller detected. Just a wast of 109 dollars

Update!!!! This thing is AMAZING it’s the best gift and works perfectly all I had to do was download the app and update it. It feels great here a suggestion let us map one of the button for the touchpad speaking from a ps5 player but I love this and sorry for the bad review earlier

I do enjoy using this device. I just with the elastic band was something more stable. After a bit of use of your not careful the kishi would cause you to break your device by dropping it from the kishi itself. It’s not very strong overall. But if you’re stationary and not moving a lot (even though it’s meant for mobile gaming….) it’s great! I also love how the buttons feel and sound they are pretty quiet. I love my kishi and have recommended it to ppl and still do. But it wouldn’t be my first choice for mobile gaming controllers due to the instability and phone security while actually on the go.
