The captcha verification is completely broken. Even after solving the captcha correctly, it keeps reappearing again and again without any reason. This wastes time and makes the signup process unnecessarily painful. A basic registration flow should not be this irritating. Razorpay seriously needs to fix this issue. ### 1/5 — Extremely Disappointed with Razorpay Services and Unjustified Deduction *2025-10-29* Razorpay Team, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with your platform and the way my recent transaction was handled. Despite following all necessary procedures, Razorpay has failed to process my payout to my bank account and created unnecessary and irrelevant verification issues. To make matters worse, when I issued a refund to my client, Razorpay deducted around ₹12,000 in fees — without any valid reason or justification. This experience is unacceptable and feels nothing short of a fraudulent practice, especially since the refund was initiated due to your platform’s inefficiency, not my fault as a merchant. I have lost complete trust in Razorpay and will be discontinuing its use immediately. I will also be informing my colleagues and business partners to avoid using Razorpay for any future transactions. The "help" and "support" features on the app and website keep looping in a circle jerk of useless explanations and there is no customer support number that you can contact when things go wrong with your account. ### 1/5 — WORST PLATFORM TO USE *2025-08-27* They do random suspensions of account without telling reasons. And when i asked that what is the issue in my account they se confidential i asked them that you can do the address verification, any action or anything you want they refused and also they cut my call in between. It’s a big question on this worst platform guys just be careful using this platform suppose you are holding 3-4 lakhs in this platform they will close your account without tell you the reason and steal your money from you. Red Alert don’t use this platform it’s better that you go and find something else which is better then this ### 4/5 — Single link, single dashboard for all the products *2025-08-08, version 2.12.3 (286)* There should be a dashboard which has a single link and the customers through that link can watch my all the products and details, so that there is no need to send them links for different products separately ### 1/5 — Worst account opening process *2025-07-24* I have applied multiple times to get an active account where I can accept international card payments on my shopify store. First I applied as an individual. They created the account but did not allow international card payments. There is no option to change the business type. I have to again create new account and go all through the account opening process then wait for their onboarding process. They again created the account. I thought this time I have correct business type so there will be no issue. Then I saw in the account that international payment still not enabled. I contacted customer support and they asked like 12 15 questions and then denied without any clarity why it was denied and didn’t even gave any solutions. Either make the process more clear and easy or close your business. I have wasted about 2 weeks of time and effort with your unclear and long process ### 1/5 — Avoid Razorpay – A Nightmare for Small Businesses *2025-07-18* If you’re a small business considering Razorpay as your payment gateway, think again. I’ve had an unresolved account access issue for over 22 days due to Razorpay’s internal migration, despite submitting all required documents both online and physically at RBL Bank. What’s worse is their customer service — or the complete lack of it. Representatives Vinay and Rasheed have been consistently rude, arrogant, and dismissive. They make false promises like “we’ll resolve it in 48 hours” or “we’ll call you,” but never follow through. When asked for updates, the reply is simply: “We can’t tell you.” There is no helpline number, no escalation contact, and no physical office for customers to reach out to. Their “support” is just a black hole of tickets, auto-generated replies, and dead ends — leaving small businesses like ours completely stuck with cash flow blocked and no resolution in sight. Razorpay is unreliable, unprofessional, and utterly indifferent to the damage they cause. If you care about your business continuity, do not trust them with your payments. ### 1/5 — Horrible customer service *2025-03-02, version 2.12.0 (279)* We are approved for international payment processing and the service has NEVER WORKED. Customer service is a joke! We are looking at Pine slabs instead. Do yourself a favor and ask NOT a signup with RP if you have international customers because the payments will never work!
