I believe its due to the confusing name and this app has nothing to do with razorpayX payroll service. Which is confusing alot of people as the reviews of this problem are well older than an year. Please put a a disclaimer if so. ## Most praised reviews (4 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Best *2026-06-11* best ### 5/5 — Redefining business banking *2021-06-24* Bulk payouts, api banking, unlimited beneficiary adding, no 12 hours limits, scheduled payouts , tds payments, bulk payouts via tally and much more. RazorpayX and razorpay payment gateway have really redefined the PG and business current account. We are using both the products and wish to more innovations in the future. Helps save time amd effort and the interface is amazing. And guess what i can logon via my email id and password instead of long numeric customer id and password. **Developer response:** Thanks for your feedback 🙏 ### 3/5 — Login doesn’t work on Mobile app *2024-06-06* Login doesn’t work on mobile app while the same creds work on browser. The customer service support is absolutely mediocre. One - there is one phone support. Two- it takes hours to get a response. Three - Inadequate response, if you clearly ask 3 questions, they will respond to one. Then you ask another question, the whole cycle of hours of waiting starts. The product is great as long as there is absolutely no problem.
