Good program. Easy to work with. Has some mistakes with frozen synchronization for long period of time and crash after it.

Upon selection of a customer, the app is so slow to load customer information (or it crashes while attempting to load the customer) that I have stopped trying to begin work orders, tasks, invoices, etc. altogether on the app and resort to the laptop version.  I also would like to have the option of switching off the map when loading customer information, as it is useless when you work at multiple end customer locations through a handful of dealers.  It is still handy and works fine in other areas.

No asset tracking,  large companies with multiple contacts and addresses are very different to manage in this program.  PM's are not easy to set up and manage from the app.  The company has been promising to fix these issues for years but has not delivered.  Customer service is friendly but the real technical people are generally unavailable. Pricing is very reasonable but would pay more if they could get the program to do a better job at managing my crew and customers.

Possibly user error but there is no Customer support for this app. Phone number is fake, no email and the website has fake links or lack thereof.

For the past two months i have had to reset my phone for razor sync to work. All my other apps work so i know its not my phone or internet. I literally have to turn off my phone and turn it back on. If not it will just continuously say “sync in progress” but not do anything. And this puts me in a tough spot at work since i cant do my notes during that time period. Please fix this

I love Razorsync.   I’ve used it since starting my business 5 years ago and it has been critical is our growth and managing customer accounts. 

Even better than the product itself is the awesome support we get from the Razorsync team.     

Want to give a shout out to Brett for going the extra mile to help us fix a recent problem.   His level of customer service and expertise left me hecka impressed.  

A problem we had been stuck on for days took Brett just a few minutes to dissect and analyze, leading to us understanding what we did wrong and rectifying our mistakes. 

What’s more impressive is that Brett is on the sales team and could have easily passed our problem to tech support but didn’t. He took time to listen and help!  How often do you see that these days??!!

After this latest update for iPhone XS The filling of the signatures names doesn’t let me press done. It’s an issue of scaling with the Ui and the iPhone keyboard... was hoping they would patch this faster but here I am.
