This app crashes all the time, must unreliable app I  use or try to use as it is down so often

So many issues with this app, I can’t even begin to list them. For one, I keep having to validate my account by receiving a text or phone call, or resetting the app by uninstalling and reinstalling. Rhinebeck Bank is so far behind the times when it comes to technology, and this app is just a prime example of their many issues.

The amount of questions you have to answer is insane. Less was asked when applying for a mortgage.

hi just A reminder that you need to update your App. First you need to update it to support larger iPhone screen sizes like the plus and now the X. Also would like it if the app supported touch ID / face ID.

Love this app! I can check my balances, do transfers, use Bill Pay and even deposit a check with my phone! I love that my account nicknames carry over to the app as well.
