But Im disappointed now that they took it away, its not anymore in the app. ### 2/5 — TRASH DIGITAL APP AND MORE *2024-07-16, version 1.83* Rbank digital app not working. Im truly disappointed. At first, it was working perfectly fine, but then, one day, it stopped working after the latest update. After updating, it no longer accepts my login. I need to pay my bills, and now, I have to hustle to find an ATM. Not to mention that most bpi atms dont work with rbank, as they always show an exceeds limit error. (in specific the megamall area) Please fix your digital app and online banking. I tried to access it through the website, but it also gives an error message. If it werent for my company's decision, I wouldnt use this bank! I tried to install uninstall then it wont recognized that Im using the same phone says it already linked to an existing... Im only using one phone. Now I have to wait 24hours. This is very inconvenient! 2 stars since Im very understanding, It should be one star or no star. SIGHS ### 3/5 — Still no lock/unlock feature *2024-05-30, version 1.79* I am one of the founding member of Dos Mastercard but until now, their mobile app still has no lock & unlock feature for security purpose. My card has been hacked twice already. Among my 6 credit cards, only robinson bankard has no security features even though it has been merged with BPI. Thank you ### 3/5 — Why cant i log in *2024-03-25, version 1.78* So Ive been using the app for almost a year and just This month during March i couldnt log in; so Ive asked someone who also had a rbank acc thats a current acc (since i had a savings) and she then have said she cant log in too and the problem is, I use the app to strictly control my spending and I istg it was so good up until this month after the update message for some reason i cant in like at all so whenever i have if i have money i have to go to the bank, rather than doing it digitally. ### 2/5 — Online Platform *2024-03-03, version 1.75* I opened a savings account and tried to register my account in mobile banking. Issues were: 1. Online banking says "Email Address (Optional)" and when I skipped it, the registration is not going through and is asking for the email address. 2. When I entered my email address it keeps saying "Uh-oh, the entered email blah bla blah..." This is the email address I submitted during appication and have been using the same email for many years and not sure why it is not working. Hoping your team can check on this issues. I can open for a day and wont work for weeks. Its hard to update since i am in a ship so I cant open it till I update. And it does have frequent updates. First, they made an error and showed that my credit limit was increased to 30,000. But then it was just an app bug (I ended up using that limit before it changed back to the previous 15k limit). I still paid off that balance even though my limit returned back to 15,000. 😞 Now the app hasn't been working for months, I cannot access my transactions and my credit limit, and the eSOA is always delayed. I don't even know if my payments are being posted. I called their customer service but waited for almost 2 hours and nobody answered. I tried accessing my account online and it's the same - showing that my info is not available for viewing. I don't know what to do with my account anymore. Please fix my account and the Robinsons app!!! ### 1/5 — Fastest growing bank daw. Lol! *2023-01-27, version 1.47* I only have a credit card from this bank. This app hasn’t been working for me since October 2022! Their branches don't support credit cards even checking balances, you have to call their phone support!!! Knowing the app is useless, you can't track your spending coz sometimes they don't even send SMS notifications. So hassle. This year, I called their support on January 19th to update my phone number and was advised to wait 2 business days for an email to confirm. Guess what! I called again coz I did not receive any communication from the bank at all. I initially sent them an email about this last December 4th but all I got were automated replies even when you follow up. Hence, I called for them to take action but nothing was done. It's been difficult to deal with them, I'll just settle my balance and won't be using this bank ever again. It's better to bank with the ones you're familiar with. But with this bank that had an award? Lol. Save your time and don't apply here. Hey Robinsons, it's been months and you couldn't get your system running. There are a lot of complaints! You should be really concerned and take action ASAP. ### 1/5 — Worst! Seems like Rbank has no budget for their app developer to fix things and their customer relying on the app suffers. Fix it!!! Now i no longer have access on you mobile app. It could have been better if we have an option that we can choose either cellphone number or email where otp will be sent. Paano ka makapagcheck ng balance mo at credit card balance kung hindi ka naman makalog-in. Another issue: nakapagchange o update kana ng bago mong mobile number sa kanilang branch 2yrs ago. Nagperma ka pa ng form para makapag-update ng mobile number pero tuwing nagkakaroon ng updates ang apps ng Rbank digital bumabalik yung old numner na hindi mo na ginagamit. Doon na pupunta sa old number(hindi mo na ginagamit ng dalawang taon) ang OTP. Ano bang klaseng mga developer yan? Nakapa incompetent naman sayang sahod ninyo. It took a year to fix the invalid charges on my card. Despite of being enrolled in GoLighter installment plan. Every month it keeps adding invalid charges on my statement, crazy! I had to call every month to escalate, email their customer service and collection department, sobrang stress ang inabot ko. It affected my daily lives, mental health and everything. Buti na lang I fully paid it. I cancelled the card. Not worth the energy. Never again I patronize RBANK. I don’t even use it for any online and personal transaction and yet my account was still hacked. Someone please get back to me. Very convinient, accessible, secured, and fast. And you don’t have to spend/pay 25 pesos just to transfer or pay transaction. It kept giving me error that the card is invalid. I decided to open a Simplè Saving account hoping that it would allow me to add my credit card online but still the same error. I gave up doing so after trying adding it many countless tines since it's pointless. Today, I decided to give it another shot and good thing I was able to add it this time. I also love how Robinsons Bank notifies me everytime I use my card (real-time). Example, If I enter 1000 (one thousand pesos), the app would make it 1.000, if 5000 then it would be 5.000. I tried uninstalling it and installing it many times but still having the same problem.
