Check deposits are slow, transfers to and from external accounts are slow. Bill pay is archaic.. they still mail a physical check on your behalf. Password rest is a nightmare, you have to call the branch directly. It can be correct during bank hours and then when the bank closes you can look again and the info is wrong, even though there was no actual activity on your account. It does if its a transfer between R Bank accts. But it does not when it is a transfer outside or a bill pay. Which can be confusing if you forget you have made arrangements for the money.
