Let's get some customer service here and fix this app or completely overhaul it. ### 1/5 — Almost useless *2021-04-27, version 1.9.7* This app is only good to check account balances and I can only say that because the desktop alternative is much worse. I’m often left in a lurch by this malfunctioning jumble of useless code. It’s hard to imagine an App that could be less reliable. Should be same as used in other RBC apps. ### 2/5 — RBC Express what? *2021-12-31, version 1.9.7* So far my experience with RBC express has been both great and terrible. Great salesman at first, great training instructor to terrible support rep, limitations after being sold on no limits, and this app is terrible. As a payment creator, things are smooth. As an approver, this app has a transaction stuck from Dec 2021 and no new transactions since then appear for approval. One big selling point was the approvers can approve from their mobile devices. ### 2/5 — Sorely needs updating *2018-03-29, version 1.9* I do 95% of my personal and business banking with RBC. But this particular app seems to be an orphan when it comes to functionality. Please get with it app development team! All my other rbc applications have facial recognition for login. That alone should be dead simple! And available throughout the app where password requirements are necessary!
