### 3/5 — A good app ruined by the immediate update policies

The app is very good compared to the previous version but there is one deal breaker that completely ruins the experience. If the developer pushes an update behind the scenes, then the app refuses to launch until and unless you have updated to the latest version, even if the version has been published only a few hours before. If you are on a slow network, this is a nightmare because you cannot access your bank account until the app has updated. On a slow network it can take ages. I was stuck for 45 minutes until the app finally updated and I could access the bank account.

No other banking app does this. No other app does this. There is absolutely no reason for a version of an app to stop working immediately after the next version has been published. This is just a dumb, dumb, dumb policy

Upi issues with my account being debited, and then not processed to payee. So I have to pay again to payee. RBL bank has not corrected any of my filed disputes for these duplicate payments.

### 1/5 — No way to login from outside India

The app is requesting to send an sms from registered mobile number which is in Indian number. Being an NRE account there should be a way to login via other methods of verification because it is basic that NRIs will not have Indian number for verification almost always. The app needs to do better to let NRI customer use the app. Something changed recently as earlier I had no issues logging in.

With the recent updates, App doesn’t work with the office profile/vpn connected, previously there was warning getting displayed to the end user that vpn detected but the application was accessible and now it is totally restricted, need to uninstall the office profile/vpn (ms defender) in order to access the application. I have reported this many times to the RBL bank with screenshots and relevant information but nothing has been changed. All other banking applications are accessible except this RBL bank. I understand the security aspect but still having a standard valid authenticated org profile and vpn like ms defender app should be accessible. Most pathetic experience  with RBL bank and its application

RBL MyBank is a great app for all my banking needs. Its fast, convenient and secure. 
For IPO purpose its UI is the best. Also funds are unblocked quickly without any glitches.  
One suggestion: for IPO apply section, it currently shows demat and account numbers. This becomes confusing when have 2 or more Kids (minor) accounts linked. Please include Name along with demat and a/c number. You may show only First name along with last 4 digit of the demat and a/c numbers. This will not tak much space also will help us to see whose demat and bank a/c number I am choosing for the application.

### 2/5 — Cant transfer funds easily

App is good, if you want to use it as secondary account. Online transfer limit per transaction is just 1-2  lakh without any option to change. I made a mistake of using it as primary account once and parked good money to earn better interest but really got stuck when needed funds as could not transfer that. Better use AU or other bank where such problem does not exist
