I have been a customer of RBL Bank for almost 7 years, and this has been a very disappointing experience recently. In all these years, I have maintained my credit card account responsibly and had only one instance of delayed payment. However, the way the bank handled this situation was completely unacceptable.
Instead of communicating professionally, I started receiving continuous and aggressive calls, similar to the behavior seen with loan app recovery agents. The tone and frequency of these calls felt like harassment rather than customer service. This kind of treatment towards a long-term customer is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.
A reputed bank should maintain basic standards of customer communication and dignity, especially with customers who have a long relationship with the bank. Harassing calls for a single delay is not justified and reflects very poorly on the bank’s customer handling policies.
I am extremely disappointed with this experience and strongly urge RBL Bank to review its recovery practices and train its agents to behave professionally. Customers should not be treated in such a disrespectful and pressurizing manner.

### 1/5 — Worst Credit Card Do Not use This Credit Card.

I am using this credit card from few times and I have noticed they are silently applying the additional charges to customer the app is not worthy if you see the statement that is not clear you will not understand how much you have swiped this card and how much you have paid the customer support is not that much helpful even they not able to differentiate between financial charges & overdue charges from last 6 months they have charge me more that 10 K financial charges on 25 / 30 K principal amount additionally overdue charges minimum of average 2 K to 3 K I requested for the old statement they don’t have I am sure in last 6 months they have only take 60 % of my money back in name of other charges , financial charges and principal amount is still the same. Very pathetic please block / closed this card today or else you will be trapped.I used a lot of card but this card experience is horrible. Don’t trust on sales person or on customer support they will fool you - after reading this you still think to use the RBL CC all the best guys.

The new update of the app is such a big fail. There is nothing new to offer and the worst part is payments made to loans are credited to credit card. There is nothing new way to retrieve the payments nor track service requests.

I’m using this application for credit card and loan account is totally useless, there is no information of your paid Installments of your loan and if you email them they send you wrong data of your pending loan. The department is totally uneducated and this application totally useless.

I'm using your app, RBL MyCard, and I've been experiencing issues from the first day. For instance, when I use Face ID to open the app, it freezes and nothing happens, forcing me to close the app and restart it. After the most recent update, the app now crashes upon launch. For the past two years, the rewards section has been displaying a message that the milestone section will be available "shortly," which feels like a never-ending wait akin to certain government schemes that take years to complete. I urge you to address these issues promptly. If these problems persist, users may eventually stop using the app.

I wouldn’t be surprised if RBL’s credit card or even their banking business is eventually taken over by one of India’s top 5 banks. Despite being a loyal customer who pays bills on time, including annual and joining fees, I am left frustrated with their lack of customer support.

RBL makes it nearly impossible to connect directly to customer care. Instead, they push customers to their chatbot, ironically named RBL Cares. In my experience, it should be renamed RBL Doesn’t Care.

When you escalate to their grievance redressal system and request a callback, the call disconnects within seconds as soon as they hear the reason for the complaint. I’ve faced this multiple times.

Recently, I needed to update my phone number. Despite logging into their website, navigating the RBL Cares chatbot, and exploring every possible option under profile update, I couldn’t find a way to do it. I’ve called customer care three to four times, only to face the same evasive behavior.

It feels like RBL deliberately avoids direct customer interactions to cut costs. But cost-cutting at the expense of customer satisfaction is a recipe for disaster. This bank has no future if it continues down this path.

My rating: 0.5 stars (Unfortunately, I had to give 1 star as there’s no lower option).

### 1/5 — Extremely Disappointed - Constant Errors and No Response from Customer Care

I've been using the RBL Bank app primarily for managing my credit card, but for the last 30 days, the app has been completely unusable. Every time I try to access my credit card details, I get an error message saying, "We apologize this service is temporarily unavailable. Please try later." This has made it impossible to check my balance, view my statements, or make payments.
To make matters worse, I have contacted customer care multiple times and even sent two emails, but I have not received a single response. The lack of customer support is frustrating, and it's unacceptable for a banking app to be this unreliable, especially when dealing with financial services.
I'm giving this app less than 1 star because it's been nothing but a headache. If you're considering using this app, be warned that it may not work when you need it most, and don't expect any help from customer care
