Spent ages trying to find others, nothing found. Tried to re-add but couldn’t as they are apparently already registered somewhere ! Decided to login to website, and there’s all the phones listed. In summary, not to be trusted. Event search function just doesn’t work. Bring back the web pages please! Thanks ### 1/5 — Not a good experience *2023-08-17* Really only use this app for booking tickets because it’s a genuine saving when done this way. But what a faff it’s almost worth paying the extra to avoid the issues. You largely end up phoning in to try and sort it and even then the people you speak to struggle to help if you call when the admin team have finished. When you are able to book tickets they seem to book them with their own email address and then send them on to you. I’m still waiting for the e tickets for an event next week. They’ve confirmed they have them but so far haven’t been able to send them to me. It’s for a festival and so you can imagine how unnecessarily complicated this makes things. All up the customer experience for the service and the performance of this app fall short. Think carefully before relying on it and the company that run the service for RBS if you are generally short of time. Can’t even access it. First it tells me I have a registered account, which I wasn’t aware I had, so I then attempt to reset the password - it tells me this has happened - and then when I try to log on it tells me my details are incorrect.
