Everything about this app is outdated and terrible. After several frustrating calls with the director of technology at the bank it’s clear that she’s not sure what a cell is, never mind how a modern app works. I’ve opened up an account at another bank just so I can avoid ever having to tap on this app again. Mind bogglingly outdated.

I just recently switched to this bank… had I seen the app I’m stuck with prior then I would have made a different choice. It’s genuinely concerning that a financial app hasn’t had even a security update in over a year.

I’ve had nothing but problems with the app for yearssssss but it’s been smooth sailing for about a whole year now. The last 4 days I can’t login. Not an error with user/password. I just can’t deal with this again, I have to pay my mortgage and need to see my balance. Bye Rollstone… So many more banks with better apps.

What seems like a year now the app will not let me login. I know my account works because i can login online.

So when you try depositing a check to an account, the app just shows a dotted line instead of your accounts. Talking to the branch gets you no where.

Can’t get the app to stop saying error 1230.
The updates never seem to finish. Spinning dial never stops. Disappointed.

This app makes banking so much easier. I love that I can turn my card on/off from anywhere and the mobile check deposit saves me soooo much time. All around a great bank and the app just makes it even better
