## What is RBT?

Stop fighting your alarm and start your day feeling naturally energized. This smart sleep alarm app helps you wake up at the right moment by tracking your movement through the night using your phone’s built-in motion sensor. Instead of jolting you awake from deep sleep, the app gently wakes you during your lightest sleep phase, helping you feel less groggy and more refreshed.

Simply set your desired wake-up time and choose a Smart Wake Window between 15 and 45 minutes. While you sleep, the app monitors your movement patterns to estimate your sleep stages, including deep sleep, light sleep, and awake periods. When light sleep is detected within your selected wake window, your alarm sounds at the ideal moment. If no light sleep is detected, your alarm will still ring at your set time, so you never have to worry about oversleeping.

Track your progress with detailed Sleep Trends over 7, 30, or 90 days. View your sleep duration, quality score, and nightly patterns to better understand your rest. Each morning, review a Session Summary, add personal notes, and rate how you felt after waking up.

Relax before bed with calming Wind-Down Sounds, then switch to the Bedside Clock for a clean, distraction-free nightstand display. With a beautiful dark interface designed for nighttime use, this app makes better sleep simple, gentle, and effortless.

For this update, I added a quick-access "Alarm Sound" card directly to the primary Home Screen (Alarm Setup Screen).
Previously, users had to navigate through additional menus or settings just to view or change their selected wake-up audio.
This new card natively displays the currently active alarm tone alongside essential statistics like sleep duration and target bedtime.
Tapping this card instantly routes the user to the Sound Picker, making personalization significantly more convenient and frictionless.
It integrates seamlessly into the existing UI layout without cluttering the interface or altering any core sleep tracking logic.
This small yet impactful enhancement elevates the overall user experience, making morning routine adjustments faster and more intuitive.
