Takes forever to set up and place order, loading credit card gets declined 
Not worth the hassle

Bug in the sign up. After you input the verification code the submit button is still greyed out. No workaround to get past it. Tired multiple times. Will go to Tim’s instead

I can’t set up an account. I tried to input the referral and send myself a text verification to my phone to an create account and it doesn’t work. I guess I won’t be getting 2 complementary coffees.

Two of my orders were cancelled because their machine went down in the process of making them. I’ve been waiting 2 months for a refund. It shouldn’t take that long. There are more reliable coffee shops close by.

Cool concept and slick design. I will definitely swing by the Dark Horse Automat whenever I’m downtown again. 

I only have 4 issues with the app itself:

1. I can’t seem to set a new, secure password as I cannot paste in a password from one of my password managers and the password autofill feature doesn’t work. I’m not sure if the password requirements are just too limited because there is no indication anywhere about such requirements. 

2. There’s no Apple Login or Apple Pay support. 

3. There’s no confirmation page or email when reloading my account. I almost hit one of the reload buttons again because I couldn’t tell if anything happened the first time I pressed it. Also, it would be nice to have some kind of order review step or final submit button to avoid accidental reloads. 

4. The app support link on the App Store listing does not go to a support page.
