## What is RC ISMS?

RC ISMS helps parents and guardians stay connected to their child’s school life from one convenient mobile app.
Designed for the parent and child experience, the app gives families quick access to important school information, updates and communication linked to their child’s school profile.
With RC ISMS, parents can view school updates, attendance information, fees, report cards, resources, gallery photos, calendar events and important notifications from their mobile device.

Key features include:
• View linked child profiles from one parent account
• Switch between multiple children where applicable
• Access school announcements and important notices
• View school calendar events and upcoming activities
• Check attendance information for your child
• View published report cards and subject results
• Access fees and payment information, including paid and outstanding amounts
• Receive important school notifications
• View approved school and class photo galleries
• Access school resources such as stationery lists, menus, admissions information and assessment planners
• Submit controlled school-related queries or meeting requests
• Request in-person or online meetings where enabled by the school

For parents and guardians
Parents can use RC ISMS to stay informed about their child’s school activity without needing to rely on scattered messages or paper notices. The app provides a central place to view relevant updates, fees, academic information and school communication.
If a parent has more than one child linked to their account, the app allows switching between children so that each child’s information is shown separately.

For learners
Learners can access their own school information where enabled, including timetable details, whole-school announcements, report cards, subject information and notifications.
Student communication is controlled by the school. Learners may submit school-related queries or teacher meeting requests where enabled, while whole-school announcements remain read-only.
RC ISMS is built to make school information easier to access, helping parents and learners stay informed, organised and connected.
Available features may depend on the modules and permissions enabled by your school.
