RCVanta is the mobile companion to the RCVanta care-operations platform. It carries the parts of the job that happen away from a desk — clocking in at a site, checking tomorrow's shift, finishing an assigned course — and gives supervisors what they need to keep a roster running. Sign in with your work email. RCVanta is passwordless: enter your address, we email you a six-digit code, and you are in. There is no password to choose, forget, or reset. TIME CLOCK Start and end a shift in two taps. Before a punch records, RCVanta checks that you are at your assigned work site, so the timesheet reflects where the work happened. Attach an optional punch photo when your employer asks for one. While you are on the clock, a Live Activity keeps your running shift on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island — you never have to open the app to be sure you clocked in. SCHEDULE See the shifts you are scheduled for, when they start, and where. AVAILABILITY AND TIME OFF Tell your scheduler when you can work, and request time off, without a phone call or a paper form. TRAINING Work through the courses your role requires: read the material, take the quiz, and launch SCORM packages right in the app. Your completion history stays available, and reference material is there when you need to look something up rather than retake anything. CREDENTIALS Keep licences, certifications, and background checks in one place, with their expiry dates visible before they lapse. NOTIFICATIONS An inbox for what was actually sent to you, plus push notifications so time-sensitive items reach you. FOR SUPERVISORS AND ADMINISTRATORS Everything above, plus the controls behind it — people and roles, departments, positions and roster, organizations, work locations and their geofences, punch rules, late alerts and automatic clock-out, overtime and holiday pay, timesheets, pay-period timecards, team availability, credential types and settings, course assignments and compliance, and broadcast announcements. What you can see and change is governed by the permissions your administrator grants you, so the app shows each person their own job and nothing else. MAKE IT YOURS Choose which destinations appear in your navigation bar and in what order. Pick light or dark, and a colourway to go with it. If you work across more than one organization, switch between them without signing out. RCVanta requires an account provided by your employer. Here is everything that has landed since 3.16.0. OPEN SHIFTS, RIGHT FROM YOUR PHONE A new Open Shifts board sits one tap from your Schedule tab. Browse every unclaimed shift, laid out day by day in your site's local time, and take one with a single confirmation. If a shift collides with work you are already on, RCVanta tells you before you commit, not after. The board shows exactly what the web portal shows, so your schedule never disagrees with itself. A TIME CLOCK THAT UNDERSTANDS YOUR DAY Clocking out is no longer one-size-fits-all. Finishing early, working past your shift, and punching away from your site each get the right question, so you see "Why are you finishing early?" instead of a generic prompt, and RCVanta warns you a note is coming before you tap. Off-site clocking can now be granted by position, so drivers and field staff are set up correctly on day one instead of waiting for a roster edit. And an individual shift can waive the site check entirely when the job calls for it. MANAGER TOOLS IN YOUR POCKET Time clock rules, clock-out notes, position-level off-site permissions, and the shift composer are all editable from the app now. Double-booked someone? The schedule flags the conflict and lets you override it deliberately. People administration keeps non-employee accounts out of scheduling and training lists, so your rosters stay clean. TRAINING THAT FEELS LIKE TRAINING Course decks are real slide decks now. Move through one slide at a time with snap-to-slide swiping or the Previous and Next controls. RCVanta remembers exactly where you stopped and always shows how many slides are left. Assignments, quizzes, SCORM courses, history, and reference materials have all been restyled with consistent spacing and type. Courses that need the full web portal now say so plainly, so you are never left staring at a blank screen. SIGN IN AND GET IN If your account is not attached to a workspace yet, you now land on a clear Workspace Access screen that tells you what happens next, instead of getting stuck on the login screen. UNDER THE HOOD The iOS app is now generated from Expo's managed native build, for faster and more reliable releases. Dates and times run through the same shared formatting the web portal uses, so a shift reads the same on your phone as it does on a laptop. Thanks for using RCVanta.
