RC2FM Contacts leverages RC2FM Connector, an online service enabling bolt-on RingCentral Cloud Telephony Integration (CTI) for custom apps developed on the FileMaker platform. With features like single tap dialing, 2-way SMS/MMS, 2-way e-faxing, call logging, and the ability to download and store voicemails, faxes, and call recordings inside your app, our integration lets RingCentral users manage all their call related activities from within their own custom business app.

If you are a RingCentral or AT& Office@Hand subscriber, this contact manager app allows you to use our RC2FM Connector integration free of charge for one user extension. Install this app on every iOS device you own and use it on up to three (3) separate devices at the same time.

To activate this app, simply tap on "Authorize" under"App Settings" to grant RC2FM Connector permissions to your RingCentral account. At authorization, you will need to provide the credentials for an administrator of your organization's RingCentral account.

This is a very good app.  It works well and us easy to navigate around in.  I also use RC2FM's FileMaker solution and have always had a good experience with their developer Julio.  They are very responsive and always go out of their way to be helpful when I have questions.  I would definitely recommend this app to anyone that uses RingCentral phone systems.
