I have reported things like street lights being out. They usually respond quickly and notify you. Only cons to me are no auto correct (I fat finger some letters and don’t notice) and the latest update doesn’t allow you to pin point your exact location, it uses GPS which is fine but it was nice to mark the exact spot on the map if you weren’t in the exact location.
