Keeps saying the app won’t work on jailbroken devices, but my iPhone is not jailbroken. Im an OFW so I rarely stay in the Philippines, so my regular mobile number would be an International number, so i cannot register with this app! I even went to bank when i was in vacation and ask them if i could change the number i gave them when i open my account but the manager said i cant. So what is the use of this application or the online banking If i cannot use intl number. Why BDO or BPI app just need to be authenticated thru PIN on the ATM to use their app.. Since the system update of rcbc, this app can no longer make transactions. I still need to open the website from the browser to make transactions. You all this app does now is tell you your account balance. And give you an error message when you try to make a transaction. Are you kidding me?!!!!!!! Why this bank is so so so difficult. My mom went to the bank itself and tried to ask for help with this online banking registration and the employee that is assigned with this specific department, cant even help?! SERIOUSLY?! RCBC?! My mom was addressing the problem to whoever that person is, SHE WAS NOT LISTENING TO HER?!!!! so my mom end up walking out that bank door!!!!. Never received the call. Finally got an email asking me to verify by replying YES. I keep on emailing about it and the reply would say that they already sent it. Why can’t they just send another copy. The counter can do nothing, the customer service hotline ask a lot of questions but didn’t do anything helpful even get impatient and hang up the call. First time experience RCBC was terrible. I am so sorry for you guys and hope all your problems will be solved and fixed with the help of RCBC. I could relate because I was using other digital bank in the Philippines for so long and when they’ve updated their app it made me feel sad, upset and frustrated. There were times I couldn’t receive an OTP and sometimes I couldn’t even log-on into my account. That’s why I’ve tried and made me decide to open an online bank account with RCBC. I am residing in the US. I am a Filipino Citizen and I have my smart roaming number. That’s all you need to apply for bank account with RCBC. I did it and I’m loving their digital app! I have loved using this app before the pandemic and I love it even more now. I never have to leave home to do my banking transactions. So easy to navigate! It's the most promising banking facility that is made available especially to us OFWs and our families back home. Now, I don't need to go to an RCBC Branch to finish all my transactions-- just one click and I'm good to go! ### 4/5 — Very good but... *2013-07-13, version 2.2* It was perfect last time but after the last update I was not able to view my withdrawal and deposit info anymore! System always gives me "error request failed" when clicking my savings account. Arrrg... PLEASE FIX! Other functions are okay though. Pls fix this, the app doesn’t support password update and always throw an error message. I can update my password successfully thru the website link/desktop, but the app does not allow to do so. I have changed my password again today thru the website since this app won’t do it, even if you press on “Do it later” does not let you go thru.
