### 1/5 — Cant link my account to this APP

I’ve been trying to link my credit card account to this app, but it keeps showing an error every time I attempt to connect it. I’ve double-checked all my login details and credentials, and they are definitely correct, so it doesn’t seem to be an issue on my end.

This has been very frustrating because I’m unable to use one of the app’s key features. I’ve tried multiple times, but the same error keeps appearing. Please look into this issue and fix it as soon as possible. It would also be helpful if the app provided a more specific error message so users know what’s causing the problem.

This is the worst banking app I have ever used. I have paid my balance in full and on time, and my available credit limit has been restored — confirming my payment was successful. However, the app still shows my previous balance as if it is still owed. Additionally, my statement of account is not available even though it is already the scheduled release date.

The app fails to update information properly, making it confusing and hard to trust what you see. It should clearly show the true current balance and make statements available on time. This needs serious improvement.

Your application has a bug where your kyc partner idfy cannot access camera from within your app. It thinks it is in browser and instructions are from safari which to non-tech users may be difficult to understand. I tested on iphone 11 and 12, and still issue persists. Without kyc, app is useless

Ive been trying to access my account for 3 weeks now and i havent received any OTP from both my mobile and the app while retrieving my password. Ive emailed your customer service and did not get a reply. Please make it possible to receive OTPs through our registered emails as well. Its so frustrating.

Ever since upgrading to a new phone, I’ve completely lost access to my RCBC Pulz account. Even when entering the correct credentials, both on the app and online banking, I keep getting the same pop-up message: “Thank your application! Please check your email for the status of your application.”

I never had this issue on my old phone and could access my account without any problems. Now I’m locked out for no apparent reason, despite using the same account details. I’ve tried multiple times and still get nowhere.

What makes this even more concerning is that I’m currently living in another country, so I’m completely blind as to what’s happening in my account. Not being able to monitor transactions, balances, or access my banking information is extremely worrying and stressful.

This is extremely frustrating, especially for a banking app where reliable access is critical. RCBC really needs to address compatibility and login issues affecting users after device upgrades.

This is the worst Banking App. How many times must you send codes and end up with error. Each attempt will require a code and after a long process you will just say error! Seriously? You are a big bank and you cant afford experts to fix your app! I encountered this problems many times over and despite the complaint it’s always the same! WORST!
