Would be great if it actually worked. Half the time there’s either no rides available and the other half of the time it automatically cancels your reservation

My bus is either half an hour early or an hour late.  They left and still charged me even though they were 30 minutes early.

Public transit used to be easy, intuitive, and convenient. But now It’s the exact opposite. There are no schedule bus times, the app won’t let me book an on demand ride before almost 6pm when the places I need to go are getting ready to close. The app is far from easy to use, and it’s over all an irritating experience, that I have no patience for. There’s a reason the old bus system was used for over a hundred years. It worked. It was convenient. You could guarantee what time a bus was meant to be at any stop.

This app is god awful. There is no regular timed routes on the map(which is also useless) and it’s quite frankly confusing. It’s to over complicated for the average person to use it regularly. St thomas transit is going downhill FAST

Worth the time and effort to download the app. As a new person to St Thomas navigating transit was difficult but I found my way around it easier with the app in place.
