Field reporting for disaster response.

RDAP puts damage assessment and situation reporting in the hands of everyone working an incident. Reports from the field flow into the RDAP EOC platform, where coordinators build the operational picture that drives resource decisions.

REPORT FROM THE FIELD
Submit structured reports without paper forms or radio relay. What you observe on scene reaches coordinators as soon as you hit submit, with no transcription step in between.

WORKS WITHOUT SIGNAL
Coverage in a disaster area is unpredictable. Create reports, attach photos, and log assessments with no connection at all. RDAP holds everything on the device and uploads automatically the moment service returns, so nothing is lost in a dead zone and no one has to reconstruct what they saw hours later.

STRUCTURAL AND INFRASTRUCTURE ASSESSMENT
Document the condition of buildings, roads, bridges, and critical infrastructure. Attach photos and location data so coordinators can prioritize resource deployment and evacuation decisions on current information.

RESOURCE AND RESPONDER STATUS
Update the position and status of response units and teams from the field, keeping the EOC's operational picture accurate as conditions change.

### 2/5 — Map of my area is completely inaccurate!!!

The map of my home shows me on a road that is 2-300 yards to my east. It shows my sister’s home on a street that is 700 yards to HER east. My road is incorrectly labeled as the road my sister actually lives on. This needs to be fixed or this app is useless to all of us in this area. We live in Johnson Valley, California… zip code 92285. I cannot give an honest review with these existing circumstances. Unless and until the mapping is made accurate, this app cannot possibly be a viable one as to the intended design.

Downloaded this to see what it is all about but there really were no instructions. I couldn’t even click on the groups to make a group it was skewed off the screen. I think this has potential but needs some better direction and a way for someone to get some customer support.
