Don’t want to generalise but I had multiple issues with a specific store that was supposed to be close to my place. The guys at this store are very notorious for delayed deliveries, multiple follow ups/ calls, delivery of underweight items (vegetables for ex)…I tried complaining to the head office with the proof but never heard anything back.
