Don’t want to generalise but I had multiple issues with a specific store that was supposed to be close to my place. The guys at this store are very notorious for delayed deliveries, multiple follow ups/ calls, delivery of underweight items (vegetables for ex)…I tried complaining to the head office with the proof but never heard anything back. My question is , if stock is not available then what are these people picking and packing for 30 mins ? You don’t have stock ? Don’t show it in app as available. Keep it as not available. If you can’t do it , then inform that in 5 mins or atleast don’t give notification as picking and packing with calling me . How is that they don’t do all of this for 30 mins and then say the stock is not available.
