While there’s many others to choose from, only one can be installed, and that disappears in a day or two requiring reinstalling. It does not have ECG capability although the AD says it does The beautiful watch band needs adjusting to fit, but it appears impossible to adjust it, even though the supply the tool. Otherwise, it’s a gorgeous watch and the provide a black band as an extra, so it’ll fit without the fancy band. ### 4/5 — Love the watch hate the app *2024-04-18* The watch is great but the app is terrible. I would love to give a 5-star review but…. I cannot connect device automatically to my phone. When I manually connect to Bluetooth, call works only and I do not want to talk to my wrist on a call! I have googled help for hours. The manual is not very helpful. I cannot figure out why it does not automatically connect with my iPhone. Please help. I already tried everything like reset, install/uninstall. Other app notifications can receive on smartwatch except sms and it was the main reason I bought it but I got disappointed. I have received so many compliments. The thing that I’m interested to know is if your company plans to update the blood glucose feature to measure in dl (daily load) instead of mmol (A1c)? I still have to take my glucose levels by finger stick several times a day and would love to not have to do that as much during the day. As I said I love the watch and would love to be able to update the program. Its not possible to do what i originally planned to do with this watch if i cannot get on the app store or google. It barely syncs anything. The phone is basically obsolete and useless unless it can sync properly with your phone. And this phone and app doesn’t do it well at all. Well after sometime I was reminded to not panic and I reset it (there’s directions within the app itself to help) & now both actions(watch/call ) functions work normal again ☺️ thank you ✨ ### 5/5 — Great app, but could use some new features *2023-10-17* I think a great update you could make with this app is allowing people to change the watch icon images and change them ### 5/5 — Blood Sugar and Blood Pressure are perfection! *2023-09-01* I recently started using the Watch 9 Smartwatch. The RDFit app is so great! I had been using a regular meter to monitor my blood sugar and it went haywire. It was giving readings near 200 and I wasn’t eating any carbs and was even fasting. This app gives a different measurement but there is a converter that you can save on your phones Home Screen. I just type the numbers and it converts it. My numbers are accurate and I don’t have to poke repeat holes in my fingers. The Blood Pressure is fabulous! I’m m watching my health improve daily. I’m not getting sedentary or drinking water notifications but I can track those myself. Other than that I am enjoying the RDFit app and the Watch 9 a lot! Thank you for reading my review.
